Once a mentor of mine told me, “cake is a piece of cake: just get to know the proportion of your flour, sugar, eggs and butter”. For me, there was a slight hitch though. I do not eat eggs & had no desire to investigate the flavor profile...
But I knew one thing. I am a tinkerer.
I tinkered and prodded. I attempted and failed and kept tinkering until I could get the perfect eggless beauty of mine.

From mixing the ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of my baking process is done by hand. I take the time to ensure that every item that leaves my studio is of the highest quality.
